The pilot programme

We build it. You decide on day 14.

A 14-day pilot on your real workflow. Free during the window. Retainer optional at the end. If it doesn't earn its keep, you walk.

2 pilot slots per quarter. We reply within 2 working days.

How a pilot runs

14 days, 4 stages.

  1. Days 1-2

    Scoping

We meet for 30 minutes. You describe the workflow that costs you the most time. We confirm whether we can build it inside the pilot window.

30 minutes on a video call, and rough access to the messy version of the workflow.

  2. Days 3-7

    Building

We build the automation on a sandbox using your real (or anonymised) data. You see drafts. You correct tone, edge cases and exceptions.

2 short feedback rounds. Around 30 minutes each.

  3. Days 8-12

    Running

The automation runs live on your account, behind your domain, in your tone. We monitor every output and fix anything that drifts.

Forward anything that looks wrong. We handle the rest.

  4. Days 13-14

    Decision

We sit down and look at what happened. You decide: keep it on a monthly retainer, take the workflow back in-house, or walk away. No pressure either way.

A clear yes, no, or 'let me think'.

The terms

Plain English. No small print.

  3. We work on your real data, under a written confidentiality agreement we provide.
  4. If you keep it: monthly retainer from £x. We quote on day 14 against actual usage.
  5. If you walk: we hand you a summary report. Nothing else changes.
Frequently asked

What people ask before they apply.

Is the pilot really free?

Yes. No card, no deposit, no retainer commitment. We take on the build cost ourselves because proof is worth more to us than a small invoice.

What happens if the automation doesn't work?

We tell you. Then we either iterate within the window or we hand back a clean report and you walk. You owe nothing either way.

What data do I need to share?

Enough to make the automation real. Usually a sample of inbound emails, enquiries, or job records—anonymised if you prefer. We provide a confidentiality agreement up front.

How long does it actually take?

Most pilots ship inside 14 days. Some workflows are simpler and run live by day 5. Complex ones get scoped down so we can prove the core inside the window.

What happens after the pilot?

You decide. Keep it on a monthly retainer, take it back in-house with the documentation we hand over, or walk. No pressure, no surprise charges.

Why are you offering this for free?

Proof beats pitch. Every pilot becomes a documented case study on /notes—that's worth more to us than the build cost while we grow the client base.

Who actually does the work?

Two of us. Jack handles scoping, decisions and tone. TK builds. There is no offshore team and no junior account manager. You speak directly to the people writing the code.

What if I'm not in trades, clinics or estate agents?

Tell us anyway. The verticals are where we focus because proof is fastest there, not where we end. We'll be honest about whether we can do a useful job in your space.
