Modern slavery statement
Draft · pending legal review
Our commitment
Zyntho is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in our operations and supply chain. We make this statement voluntarily.
The statutory turnover threshold under the Modern Slavery Act 2015, which requires a formal statement at £36 million, does not yet apply to us. We commit to the principles regardless of size.
Our business
Zyntho is a UK-based AI automation studio, a trading name of Jack Main, sole trader. Our supply chain is small and consists primarily of software vendors and cloud infrastructure providers.
Our policies
We expect every supplier and contractor we work with to uphold the same standards. We will not knowingly engage any party involved in slavery or human trafficking.
Due diligence
As we grow, we will formalise supplier checks and contractual commitments proportionate to our scale, and review this statement annually.
Approval
This statement will be approved by Jack Main, sole trader, and dated on finalisation.
